In the interest of transparency, collective empowerment, and clear communications, the Order of Elemental Mysteries declares the following on behalf of our community.

Gatherings

• We believe that community at a local level works best in person. 
• In times of emergencies, natural disasters,widespread illnesses, and other community disruptions, we believe that it is more important to meet, than to be in person.
• We trust the judgements of our community members as to whether or not meeting in person is possible for them whether at the temple or in a collectively available remote location.
• It is the prerogative of OEM Leadership to determine if a meeting needs to be postponed to a later time, rescheduled altogether, or canceled due to conditions in the outer or inner community.
• A meeting within this declaration includes classes, rituals, retreats, intensives, or any other gathering associated with OEM or any of its sub groups such as Connect DC, Reflections Mystery School, Board/Leadership meetings, Guild meetings, task force or committees.
